On Saturday Matt and I went to check out the new Whole Foods in Kahala. I took pictures to show my mom who loves Whole Foods. It was very impressive with lots of vegetarian, organic, and local foods. I will go again on a weekday when it is not crowded to do some shopping.
I am excited about this fish area. They have fresh marinated fish that you can just throw on the grill or in the pan. They had teriyaki salmon kabobs and lime cilantro swordfish to name a few.
There were so many salad bars it was overwhelming! One salad that caught my eye was a corn and arugula salad.

I got myself a scone and this fruit salad for breakfast- yum!
Afterwards we went in the drive through of the new McDonalds on Waialae so Matt could get something to eat a little more up his alley. We had fun checking out the new things in town!
