I had a good 2 years at DHMG but it was time to move on. I needed to get an internship to help with my applications to graduate school and so I now work at Sports Medicine Hawaii. I already miss the food and my friends who were like my family for me here. I still go by for breakfast and a salmon plate! My co-workers at DHMG decided to give me 2 last days and here are the pictures....

It is tradition at the grill to "pie" someone if it is their last day. I got it 3 times and then hosed down...

Keli-Rae, my friend and manager! She gave me a beautiful tuberose lei (which I took off at the end of the night because I didn't want whip cream in it!). I will miss her a lot.

Me with Josh who was my first friend at the grill.

My last night in the market Steve and Earl gave me this lei. It was a very emotional night!

Kittie, my other manager. Instead of throwing pie at me, they used mashed potatoes!

It was nice working with Matt over the summer but I think he won't miss me bugging him every 5 minutes!
It has been 2 and a half weeks since my last day there. My new job as a rehab assistant is fun and I am learning a lot about sports medicine. I've worked with some UH and high school football players. It is challenging at times but I will get better with more experience.
