In January I snuck away to Kona for the weekend. Airfare was reasonable and it was a 3-day weekend (Martin Luther King Holiday). We lucked out with such beautiful winter weather, Kona style.
The view from my house- can you see the waves? We had a huge swell that weekend but I didn't get a chance to go out- it was more important for me to be with my family.

It was a very nice, relaxing weekend I needed away. I'm so lucky to have a home in Kona and Oahu!
